Brief: How can we get 18-25 year olds to not just inherit their parents shopping behavior, but to make them act and feel independent enough to make their own choices? How do we make them feel confident enough to choose Tide?

Insight: You can’t feel independent if you have to call your parents for advice about life and laundry every week.
